Owner portal
The web “vault” that turns trust into renewals.
A secure owner portal (pilot) to support both block management and major works: documents, certificates, drawings, tracker, accounts snapshots and upcoming actions — organised per building.
What the owner sees
- Dashboard per building: status, % progress, milestones, risks and next steps.
- Tracker (Excel-style) with filters + export.
- Documents organised by category (reports, certificates, drawings, contracts).
- Accounts: budget, spend, invoices, certifications.
- Tasks: to-do list, owners and due dates.
Access via registration or one-time key
As requested: the owner registers, or you can issue a one-time key per owner (ideal for fast onboarding).
In this prototype, authentication is simulated in the browser.
For production we recommend: MFA, property-level roles, logs and encryption.
Security (recommended)
- Users and property-level permissions (RBAC).
- Optional 2FA/MFA for owners with multiple assets.
- Audit logs: downloads, changes, approvals.
- Document management with versioning + expiries.
- GDPR: data minimisation and retention.
