What “customer protections” means

Property management involves trust, money and sensitive information. We build protections into our processes so owners can make decisions with clarity and a clear audit trail.

Redress scheme

We are a member of the Property Redress Scheme. Our membership reference is PRS057065.

Client Money Protection (CMP)

Where client funds are held, CMP provides protection if an agent misuses client money. Our intended CMP route is UKALA, and the certificate will be published here once active.

Data protection

We follow data protection principles and maintain ICO registration reference ZC083906. See our Privacy policy for details.
