What “customer protections” means

Property management involves trust, money and sensitive information. We build protections into our processes so owners can make decisions with clarity and a clear audit trail.

Redress scheme

In the UK, property agents are expected to belong to an approved redress scheme. We will publish our active membership details on this website as soon as registration is complete.

Client Money Protection (CMP)

Where client funds are held, CMP provides protection if an agent misuses client money. Our CMP route is planned and will be updated with certificate details once active.

Data protection

We follow data protection principles and maintain an ICO registration reference (shown in the site footer). See our Privacy policy for details.
