# EKIN Property Management — AI & LLMs disclosure

We use AI/LLMs as optional assistance for internal drafting, summarising and formatting.
Humans review all external deliverables before anything is sent to clients or published.

We may use AI for:
- Drafting routine communications (human reviewed)
- Summarising contractor updates and meeting notes
- Creating templates and checklists
- Formatting reports for clarity

We do NOT use AI for:
- Contractor selection, authorising payments, or approving major works/budgets
- Replacing certifications, sign-offs, or compliance decisions
- Handling emergencies without human oversight

Data handling:
- We minimise data in prompts and avoid personal/confidential property data in public AI tools.
- Where AI providers offer settings/features to disable training on customer inputs, we enable and prefer them.
- Clients can opt out by emailing info@ekinpm.com (subject: AI OPT-OUT).
